Brainservice Incorporated ("Brainservice", "we", "us", or "our") is a corporation organized under the laws of Ontario, Canada. For purposes of global data protection laws, Brainservice acts as the data controller for personal information collected through its Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, games, educational tools, and digital services published by Brainservice Incorporated worldwide, including general-audience and child-directed applications.
All subscription and purchase transactions are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play. Brainservice does not collect or store payment card information.
We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve our Services. We do not process personal information for purposes materially unrelated to those described in this Policy.

Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. Class action participation is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
